My Herbalife Experience

Last October 2009 I've started using Herbalife Products to loose weight at first I was skeptical because I thought they would ask us to sell products to earn at the same time loose weight but everything was different. First it was a one week free trial so for me free its already good. Next the person presenting was my officemate (Ed) so I know him very well.

Then come the First Day we are only 7 in the room including the presenter and his assistant. They handed out this form to fill up to enter our current weight and daily food intake mine was already printed out because I already fill up the form when I got the email. They also measure my waistline,chest and hips they said it's for record purposes to monitor the changes.

For the record my weight that day is 200lbs. Based on their calculation I'm obese being a 5'7 guy my weight should only be from 140 t0 145 lbs of course I already know this that's why I'm there to change my weight.

After filling up the form they ask us to drink this aloe drink they said it's for cleansing of digestive track for better absorption of nutrients.

Then came the preparation of the shake their were 3 flavors Chocolate,Vanilla and Strawberry the flavor I choose is Vanilla because they said it taste good with the fruit they will include which is banana.

After the shake they gave us this powder tea they said it has the benefits of ABCDE. A for AntiOxidants, B for Burns Fat, C for Circulation of Blood, D for Detoxification and E for Energy.

We took the 3 products lunch time meaning for 1 week our lunch will be replace by this 3 products on the first day I thought I would not be able to do it because I'm a rice person and before when I try to replace rice I got dizzy. But it was different I just followed what Ed told me to drink plenty of water. I was not dizzy the whole day.

After 1 week I've lost 6lbs without no exercise at all and still feel good and energetic.

The next week I already enrolled to the Nutrition Club after almost 3 months I've lost 30lbs, I also added running and Mountain Biking as my sport to help me boost my metabolism.

This past month I've gain a few pounds and was not consistent on the program but this time I'm serious on achieving my goal (to be 140lbs by November 2010)that's why I started this hub to share my experience and be consistent.

Hi Andy,

First, thanks for reading unfortunately I was not able to continue my Herbalife due to some financial problems. What I'm currently eating healthy now and watching my food intake, may be once I'm financially stable I would go back on Herbalife.

Hi! I just started Herbalife, and it would be great if you could answer a question or two for me. Since you stopped Herbalife, have you put on any weight? I would really appreciate an answer. Thanks in advance!
